And All Good Things Spiritual

We’re all spiritual — just as we’re all are physical, emotional, and mental,

because these are all aspects of being human.

But not all of us consciously engage with our spirituality.

I invite you to learn how you can be proactive in igniting your spiritual self into full gear —

and experience a life of peace, joy, and love

as you discover how to access and use the powerful richness that lives within.

Welcome to my website. I encourage you to take some time to peruse, as there are many offerings I would love to share with you.

But first, a bit about me. I was raised in Unity, and I’m now a member of Centers for Spiritual Living (“CSL”), both of which are part of the New Thought faith tradition.  I have been a licensed Practitioner (“RScP”) with CSL since 2009. I’m also a meditation teacher, and started studying and practicing the ancient art of mindfulness (also known as “insight meditation” and/or “Vipassana”) in 2008.  To further my spiritual growth, I earned a Master of Divinity degree from Claremont School of Theology in 2021. I am a life-long student, and the most significant lesson I continue to learn in greater depth of understanding is how to love myself and others with compassion, knowing we are all imperfectly perfect just as we are now.

This is your invitation to enter a judgment-free zone and embrace self-compassion

Spiritual Therapist

Sabrina has been a Licensed Practitioner with Centers for Spiritual Center since 2009. She counsels clients so they learn how to access their own inner wisdom, that being the heart which has all the answers. She works with clients: for stress and anxiety relief, including financial stress and strain; to help navigate grief and loss; to learn how to effectively communicate and resolve relationship issues; and, help them experience greater self-empowerment and self-compassion.

Meditation

Sabrina is the author of How to Sit and Stay with Compassionate Meditation, and teaches mindfulness meditation (aka “insight meditation” or “Vipassana”) with the added component of Mindful Self-Compassion (as created and founded by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer). She also facilitates Meditation Salons which are held in the intimate setting of a private home for a half-day as a mini-retreat of relaxation, restoration, and community.

Workshop Creator Facilitator /
Retreat Leader

Sabrina has created and facilitated a variety of workshops, from using fictional literary characters as archetypes to open-heartedly welcoming diversity, with the understanding that we are all the Divine’s beloved. She has also created and led retreats for other spiritual counselors and their communities.

Speaker / Podcaster

Sabrina is a guest speaker at Centers for Spiritual Living Prescott and other churches as well.  She also has a podcast, “Listen Up Listen In,” in which she invites guests to share how they serve and care for the world – with the aim to inspire and ignite others to answer their own individual unique call to serve the world.

Ceremonial Officiant

Sabrina can help celebrate, memorialize and honor life events by officiating ceremonies — including  weddings, funerals, memorials, baby blessings, house blessings, and pet blessings.

Hospice Chaplain

Hospice chaplaincy is being a compassionate presence, providing spiritual and emotional support and care during times of transition, whether that be for those who are receiving treatment in a hospital, in hospice care, or grieving a loss. Sabrina feels it is one of the greatest honors to be invited to chaplain others and witness their journeys.
